Wi-Fi BSNL problems

BSNL is the largest network provider in India, well they came up with the introduction of Wi Fi modem’s before few months, but what the problem is that they really can’t satisfy the needs of the customers, where the service provider fails to provide WIFI access in some areas to their modem, so problem arose in many areas who actually bought those kind of modems instead of renting them, But they were replaced with the wired normal modems that solved the problem.
